Performance Management

Description:

This in-depth course equips new, future and veteran supervisors with the skills to carry out each of the essential steps of performance management. Participants will gain the tools to establish clear expectations, measure employee performance, create employee development plans and skillfully conduct the performance feedback interview.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Develop the skills essential to successful performance management
  • Explore strategies for improving employee performance
  • Gain the tools to communicate clearly and effectively with your staff

This course may be taken independently or applied toward a 10-course certificate in Human Resources Management or Supervisory Management offered through Extended Studies.
