Human Resources Leadership: Becoming a Business Partner


This course will give human resources professionals ideas and techniques to design and deliver policies, practices and advice that best support the business. The course will provide an overview of the trends for business strategy and HR competencies. Participants will apply concepts learned to design best practices that best fit their business context and in a way that inspires confidence and buy-in.
