Coaching Skills for Managers: The Who, What, Where, Why and How


Managers of today’s workforce need concrete tools and strategies to bring out the best in their employees, and a coaching approach has been shown to be an excellent way to enhance morale and increase productivity. This new workshop teaches you the “Who, What, Where, Why and How” of using a coaching approach with your direct reports and departmental teams. Learn how a coaching management style differs from traditional supervisory skills and why it is the cutting edge of maximizing employee performance.

It is more important than ever in these difficult economic times to challenge, motivate and inspire your employees to work at their best, and this course offers the skills and strategies you need to do so. In this dynamic hands-on workshop, you will watch a live coaching demonstration and practice powerful coaching conversations with a buddy coach. As a bonus, you will participate in a 30-minute individual follow-up coaching call designed to help you master coaching skills with confidence.
