It is imperative for business and human resource professionals to understand the collective bargaining process regardless of whether their organizations are unionized. This course will cover the steps to facilitate an effective collective bargaining agreement and prepare participants for their first collective bargaining discussion. Participants will also be introduced to all the necessary steps required during a collective bargaining discussion. Steps to follow for employers who are not unionized will also be covered.
