You will learn a strategic five-step process, explore distinct approaches to apply in distinct influence situations, and use three simple, powerful tools that will help you prepare for and facilitate influence so you have a greater chance of getting what you need from others and achieving your goals

This course may be taken independently or applied toward a 10-course certificate in Human Resources Management or Supervisory Management offered through Extended Studies.
