Based on the book, The Five Coaching Conversations; a Research-Based Model for Maximizing People’s Performance and Potential and facilitated by one of the authors, this course offers effective and practical tools for leaders at all levels. In this course, you will assess your personal aptitude across the five conversations and develop awareness and skill delivering effective conversations with your team. You will leave the course with a playbook and personal action plan to enhance how you lead, coach and support others.

Select from two course options: Course only, or course plus two 45-minute one-on-one coaching sessions from the author and Certified Professional Coach Morgan Massie. Coaching sessions are provided via teleconference and scheduled after program completion. These coaching sessions are intended to support leaders with the implementation of action items and commitments noted on their personal action plan (each leader develops an action plan as part of the final course session).
