Description:
Many casino managers lack a general understanding of how the casino accounting function works in their organizations and how the daily revenue reports are generated. This course discusses casino revenue journals and the general ledger, and ultimately, leads to reading and interpreting departmental P&L’s — a necessity for today’s casino managers. Finally, the course introduces internal controls and the need for managers to discuss, review and test these controls prior to control weaknesses materially affecting financial performance.
