Description:
New opportunity for companies
Bringing training for your employees to your location
A Lean strategy sets up high-level Lean goals and priorities such as WIP reduction, productivity enhancement and capacity development. It cascades them through the company where Green Belt-trained and Lean-experienced practitioners can develop the necessary tactical implementations. Learn how to identify passionate change-makers and engage your practitioners at an organizational level while also bringing Lean thinking to other employees and enhancing cooperation between departments.
The on-site course works with participants to help them develop a Lean strategy and up to 10 tactical project charters that service that strategy. This strong and clear starting direction will deepen and broaden Lean action throughout an organization.
